Prices and Payment

All prices quoted are payable in Australian dollars. The prices listed at the time the order is placed apply. All prices include the legally-valid GST.

You can pay for your purchases in the BIGYARD Golf Ball Online Shop using Master or Visa Card (secured through 128-bit SSL encryption) whereby your credit card details will not be stored.

Your payment details have the security offered by Paystation Limited, a fully AIS PCL DSS compliant Paymark Certified Solutions Provider (CSP)

Delivery and Shipping

In most cases, the delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days from receipt of order. However, delivery can take longer as we work with external logistics partners. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Delivery in made through our Australia Express Post, from Monday to Friday. If the delivery is unable to deliver to you he/she will leave a notification card in your letter box. The parcel will then be kept at your local Post Office for you to collect for 7 working days.

Refund & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to faulty workmanship or damage, you may return it within 7 days, unused/unopened, and in the original packaging, and we will either replace, exchange, or give you a refund for the cost of the goods (excluding freight). Replacements are subject to stock availability. Goods being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Simply send an email to sales@bigyardgolfballs.com.au stating your receipt number and contact details and return authorisation number. We will email you an authorisation and return instructions. When we receive the returned product we will refund the cost.

Privacy

Any personal information collected on this website will only be used by BIGYARD Golf Ball Australia (Australia Importer & Distributor of BIGYARD Golf Balls) and not given or sold to any third party.
